1. Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery within the Philippines takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

• Shipping Fee: Flat rate of ₱99 nationwide.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders ₱1,000 and above.

• Courier Partners: We ship via trusted couriers (LBC, J&T Express, etc.).

2. Return & Exchange Policy

• We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags.

• Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued as store credit or back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
